The Problem

Learning starts with a small child sitting on a chair in a classroom. Sadly, there are schools around the world that do not have adequate funding for chairs. Helping people work smarter and be more productive is why we started, knowing that the right chair can be a critical tool to make learning and work more comfortable and easier.
According to UNESCO, the eradication of poverty and the provision of quality education are “intricately linked”. In 2017, the organization estimated that if all adults completed secondary school, poverty would decrease at least 50% worldwide. The Solution

In order to reach sustainable development globally, reducing the direct costs of education to families in low-income countries is crucial. Sadly, there are schools around the world that do not have adequate funding, which means basic needs like good chairs might not be met. The result of sitting in bad chairs is terrible: loss of concentration, poor productivity, and poor posture, according to ergonomics experts. It doesn’t surprise us. We’ve always known the right chair, just like a small contribution towards a great cause, can make a big difference.
So we’ve decided to pitch in.

Our GOAL

For every office chair purchased, we’re donating a chair to an underfunded school in a low-income community. Our goal is to donate 1,000,000 chairs to schools all over the world by 2030.
